What are the out of scope for Safety Data Sheet?

According to TC29204, Safety Data Sheet does not apply to substances and mixtures that are listed below and that are intended for the final user in the finished state: 

a) Medical products used for purposes related to human health,
b) Medical and non-medical products used for purposes related to veterinary,
c) Cosmetic products,
ç) Mixtures of substances that are defined as waste,
d) Foodstuffs,
e) Animal Feedstuffs,
f) Radioactive substances and mixtures containing radioactive substances,
g) Medical devices which are invasive and which have provisions in specific regulations in force about them which ensure the same level of information and protection with this regulation, 
i) Military requisites and explosives which creates the actual effect by explosion or a pyrotechnic effect that are  placed on the market which are under the scope of provisions in other regulations that are in force about them.
