Is the Turkish SDS must be prepare according to which regulation? What is the purpose of this Regulation?

This regulation covers the procedures and principles about; compilation and distribution of safety data sheets of substances and mixtures that are placed on the market and that are classified as hazardous according to the Regulation on Classification Labelling and Packaging, of substances and mixtures, published in the Official Gazette No: 28848(bis) dated 11.12.2013. 

The purpose of this Regulation; is to regulate administrative and technical procedures and principles for the compilation and distribution of safety data sheets for the hazardous substances and mixtures that are placed on the market in order to ensure effective control and supervision against the negative effects on human health and environment.
