What is SEA Regulation T.C.28848?
Regulation No. 28848 on Classifications, Labelling and Packaging of Substances and Mixtures explains how and by what methods substances and mixtures should be classified, and what the packaging and the label on it should be, on the basis of the Globally Harmonized System (GHS).
The SEA Regulation was updated on 10 December 2020 and its compatibility with the EU's CLP Regulation was ensured. Previous annexes 7, 8, 9, 10, 11 have been deleted and a new Annex-7 has been introduced.
It consists of 7 annexes:
