Are Registrations Made for the EU Valid for KKDIK?

KKDIK is valid for substances manufactured in Turkey or imported into the Turkish customs territory. The REACH regulation applied in the EU is valid for substances manufactured in EU countries or imported into the EU. Therefore, registrations made for the REACH Regulation applied in the EU are not valid for KKDIK.
