Is the Certificate Expire Safety Data Sheets (SDS) should Be Updated?

According to the 9th paragraph of the 27th article of the KKDİK Regulation No. 30105; Suppliers update their Turkish safety data sheets without losing time in the following cases regarding their substances or mixtures:

 

• Information that may affect risk management measures or when new information on hazards is obtained,
• When restriction or prohibition is introduced.

Therefore, Turkish SDSs need to be updated as mentioned above, it is not necessary to update SDS at the time when the certificate of KDU is valid.
