THE DRAFT REGULATION ON THE AMENDMENT OF THE BIOCIDAL PRODUCTS REGULATION HAS BEEN ANNOUNCED!

The Ministry of Health of the Turkish Republic has announced the draft regulation on the Amending of the Biocidal Products Regulation aiming to bring the current Biocidal Products Regulation and its implementation closer to the EU legislation and practices, to facilitate the operation and to reduce the confusion of the provisional application, sampling, authorized laboratory processes and concepts that cause difficulties and confusion related to the biocidal products that do not provide practical benefits. The draft regulation will come into force in 01.01.2022
