THE REGULATION ON THE AMENDMENT OF THE BIOCIDAL PRODUCTS REGULATION HAS BEEN COME INTO FORCED!

The Ministry of Health of the Turkish Republic has published the regulation on the Amending of the Biocidal Products Regulation aiming to bring the current Biocidal Products Regulation and its implementation closer to the EU legislation and practices, to facilitate the operation and to reduce the confusion of the provisional application, sampling, authorized laboratory processes and concepts that cause difficulties and confusion related to the biocidal products that do not provide practical benefits.
