DECISION ON NON-APPROVAL OF ACTIVE SUBSTANCES HAS BEEN PUBLISHED!

It has been decided that the relevant substances will not be approved for use as biocidal product active ingredients in the specified product types based on COMMISSION IMPLEMENTING DECISION (EU) 2023/470 of 2 March 2023, COMMISSION IMPLEMENTING DECISION (EU) 2023/458 of 1 March 2023 and COMMISSION IMPLEMENTING DECISION (EU) 2022/2005 of 21 October 2022. 

In accordance with the authority decision dated 14/04/2023 and numbered E-19020089-020-213590176, obtained based on the said decree; A period of time has been given until 16/10/2023 for the products licensed in our country to be available on the market without stopping their manufacturing and imports, and until 16/04/2024 for the use of the products owned by the users.

The licenses of licensed products should be returned to our Ministry as of 16/10/2023; Manufacturing and imports must be stopped as of 16/10/2023.
