The chemical legislation showing an upward trend every passing day within Global and local scales in line with the significant effect of EU adaptation process in several forms such as regulations, directives and communiqués has been of particular concern to the foreign-based companies either placing chemical products on Turkish markets through various formations just as joint ventures or doing business of raw materials, intermediates or final products to be placed on the market via distributors as well as local companies established in Turkey. The obligation to compliance with domestic chemical legislation which may pose a trade barrier, brings to the companies both financial and operational additional tasks.

At this point, we as CRAD proud of providing bespoke training services stimulating on the issue and granting competitive sectoral advantage as well as our training programmes under scope of local regulatory requirements such as generation of SDSs in compliance with the current legislation, Chemical Inventory and Control Regulation, Biocidal Regulation, Cosmetic Regulation and Seveso.
