TRAINING REGULATIONS OF TURKEY

While the ultimate form that Global development and industrialization reached today providing people comfortable and practical lives with the support of the state-of-the-art technology, brings also certain negative effects and hazards to human health and the environment which have been reached to a worrisome level. In terms of taking the necessary measures in order to prevent such undesirable effects, governments within the scale of the world with guidance of NGO’s as well are intended to put into effect a number of administrative and institutional measures through the legal requirements and sanctions. Only laws and sanctions associated with them will for sure not be sufficient for the target audience who are the first-hand implementers, these need to be supported by formal education mechanisms both in theoretical and practical senses. 

As CRAD, our trainings regarding chemicals and hazards posed by such chemicals to the human health and environment which we have brought to a precise level and kept the bar consistently high since our foundation, are put into service for the companies which are established abroad but having business operations in Turkey in a variety of ways. In addition to our existing training services with regard to the regulations such as Chemical Inventory and Control Regulation, Biocidals, Seveso; also REACH/ CLP implementation which will adapted to Turkish legislation in alignment with the transposition of the acquis communautaire will soon be subject to our overall training program and will be put into service for companies having commercial activities to Turkey.
