Why a new release is required by MoEF ?

Due to the amendments to the regulation in May 2010 with the option of appointing Legal Representative for non Turkish companies to cover their importer’s obligations, the authority decided to provide an additional tool for representatives. Also the MoEF decided to combine all IT systems for local companies that cover several other environmental regulations under ÇBS (Environmental Information System) . The notification tool for CICR has been modified as part of that project.
