What are the duties of suppliers and the importers for a continuous benefit from notifications?

Exporters that had appointed a Legal Representative should:
Communicate the importers in Turkey to be aware that substances that they supply from them is being notified by the Representative. In case of an inspection under the scope of CICR, the Turkish importer should inform the inspector that the substance is notified through a Legal Representative by the manufacturer.

Also importers should communicate when they change company legal entity name or address not later than a month.
Manufacturers or exporters to Turkey should also notify the Legal Representative for an update when;
• A new client starts to import the notified substance; to be added to the notification, no later than 15 months after the first date of import.
• New data becomes available on the hazard properties of the substance.
• The relevant sum of tonnage threshold had been changed upwards or downwards.
