Who is Responsible for Preparing the SDS with Exposure Scenario?

If a substance is produced or sold to the Turkish market in quantities of 10 tons or more and is classified as hazardous or PBT / vPvB, exposure scenarios must be prepared for this chemical substance as a requirement of the KKDIK regulation.

If a substance is produced or sold to the EU market in quantities of 10 tonnes or more and is classified as hazardous or PBT / vPvB, exposure scenarios must be prepared for this chemical substance as a requirement of REACH regulation.
