EU CLP application dates are as follows:

Substances
Date	Labelling	Classification on SDS
beginning from 01.12.2010	CLP	DSD and CLP together
beginning from 01.06.2015	CLP	CLP
Mixtures
Date	Labelling	Classification on SDS
since 01.12.2010	DPD or CLP	DPD - optional CLP
beginning from 01.06.2015	CLP	CLP

 

*Mixtures ( exported to EU) which are on the marked before 01.06.2015, don’t have to label and packet in scope of CLP until 01.06.2017.
