Which substances and mixtures are in the Scope of the New Turkish CLP Regulation?

All hazardous substances and mixtures placed on the market are under the CLP Regulation however there are some exemptions which are in the finished state, intended for the end users.
* Medical products
* Veterinary medicinal products
* Cosmetic products
* Medical devices
* Food or feeding stuff

This Regulation also does not cover the following issues that are mentioned below:
* Radioactive substances and mixtures which are subject to customs supervision
* Non-isolated intermediates
* Substances and mixtures intended for scientific research and development,
* Waste
* Transport of hazardous substances
