Will the ELINCS listed substances be notified to the Turkish C&L inventory?
As far as substances meet the criteria mentioned in answer 1 ELINCS listed substances shall be notified to the Turkish C&L inventory.

What is the date that we need to start considering the C&L notification obligation.
 C&L notification applies for the substances placed on the market after the publication & enforcement of Turkish SEA regulation (11.12.2013). So substances imported between 11.12.2013 and 31.05.2015 have to be notified to the C&L inventory before 31.05.2015. Any substance that is subject to C&L notification placed on the market after 31.05.2015 have to be notified to the C&L inventory within a month from the date of placing on the market.

What is the deadline for substances and mixtures to use DSD Labelling?
DSD/ DPD labels can be used; till 1.6.2015 for substances and 1.6.2016 for mixtures. After that date CLP labelling is obligatory relatively for substances and mixtures.
