How the notifications to C&L inventory be submitted?
C&L notifications will be submitted via KKS tool of Environmental Information System (EIS). Notification submission system is similar to REACH IT C&L notification tool in means of fields to fill in and has a TCC in means of obligatory fields. We need to underline that the system does not support bulk notification via xml import thus notifications needs to be submitted one by one via man hours.

We had notified our substances under the scope of CICR (27092) to the Turkish Chemical Inventory. Are we obliged to submit C&L Notification under the scope of SEA Regulation (28848) for the substances that we notified under the scope of CICR?
CICR and SEA are separate regulations with separate scopes and obligations thus you need to submit a C&L notification even if you had notified the substances under the scope of CICR before.
