Who can submit a C&L notification?

Notification can be made by Manufacturers or Importers or groups thereof which have a Legal Entity registered in Turkey. Companies exporting to Turkey which don’t have a registered Legal Entity in Turkey may over take the notification obligation of their importers through their Legal representatives that are appointed with a letter of assignment. (article 41).
