Are there any critic points to consider about the difference in implementation of CLP in EU and Turkey?
While CLP labelling becomes obligatory for mixtures in 1.6.2015 Turkey has one more year to go with DPD labelling option. Also obligation to identify dual classification (CLP&DSD) on SDS of hazardous substances applies till 1.6.2016 for substances placed on the Turkish market. (where obligation for identification of dual classification on SDS for hazardous substances in the EU ends by 1.6.2015)
